59 MDW to observe Memorial Day; services and hours reduced

JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-LACKLAND, Texas --

On Friday, May 22, 2020, the JBSA-Lackland (Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center-WHASC) and Randolph Medical Treatment Facilities will have limited services available.

Our Primary Care Clinics (Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatric, BHOP, Flight Medicine, and WOMC) as well as our Gateway Bulverde Family Practice Clinic (located at the intersection of Hwy 281 and Overlook Parkway) will remain open for virtual same-day appointments. All specialty clinics will be closed.

For medical emergencies, dial 911 or visit your nearest Emergency Department. As a reminder, the JBSA-Lackland (WHASC) Urgent Care Center and Brooke Army Medical Center Emergency Rooms are open 24 hours/day.

For non-urgent medical questions, the Nurse Advice Line offers Nursing advice by phone, chat, or video and can be reached at 1-800-TRICARE. Non-Active Duty patients may visit your nearest Urgent Care Center without a referral for urgent medical concerns.

The JBSA-Lackland (WHASC) and Randolph main pharmacies will be open on May 22 with limited services.

BSA-Gateway Bulverde Pharmacy, JBSA-Lackland Pharmacy curbside and Randolph satellite pharmacies services will be closed May 22-25 in observance of Memorial Day. Please consider bringing in prescriptions or ordering refills for pick up prior to May 22, since the day prior to and the day after a holiday are usually extremely busy and results in longer than normal wait times.
