JBSA fitness centers offer incentives to get into shape for the new year

Christian Wasylchak, fitness program manager, assists 2nd Lt. Amanda, 558 Flying Training Squadron remote piloted aircraft student, on the treadmill at the Rambler Fitness Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Dec. 6, 2016. Exercising will not only increase your strength and tone, but will also increase your metabolism.
