Collins, 37th TRW commander, and Col. Bridget Gigliotti, 37th Training Group commander, at the Pfingston Reception Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas, Feb. 25, 2017. The 17th TRW team traveled from Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, to participate in the competition for the first time.
