Rosa Padin, 502nd Civil Engineer Squadron secretary, helps decorate the base Christmas tree, Nov. 21, 2019, at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. Padin has volunteered to decorate all three trees of Joint Base San Antonio for the past four years. The trees are location on JBSA-Lackland, JBSA-Randolph, and JBSA-Fort Sam Houston. Along with making some of the decorations herself, Padin goes to each tree to coordinate where each decoration is positioned.
